Here we explain what data we collect on olinou.cat, what we use it for and what rights you have, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Who is responsible for your data
Evgenii Kulakov, NIF/NIE Z0299774C, address Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 530, 08011 Barcelona, Spain. Oli nou is the name of the project. For any question about your data, write to hola@olinou.cat.
What data we collect and why
Only what you type into the forms, and only for the purpose stated:
- Waiting list, short form: your email address, to let you know when sales open and to send you news from Oli nou.
- Waiting list, full form: your email, what you are interested in (first batches, club, gifts) and, if you like, your city or country, to let you know and to decide what to launch first and where to deliver.
- Producer form: name, farm or brand, municipality, email, phone (optional) and message, to reply to you and discuss a possible collaboration.
With each form we also keep the language of the page and the date and time you gave your consent, so that we can prove it.
To protect the forms from bots, Cloudflare Turnstile analyses technical browser data and your IP address when you submit. We do not build profiles or make automated decisions with your data.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Who processes the data on our behalf
We do not sell or share your data. It is processed only by these providers, to deliver their service to us:
- Cloudflare (United States): website hosting, bot protection (Turnstile) and receiving email sent to hola@olinou.cat.
- Brevo (France, EU): sending the form messages by email and keeping the waiting list.
- Google (Gmail, United States): the email service where we receive and answer messages.
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
- Waiting list: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent, and at most 2 years.
- Producer messages: 2 years from our last contact, or until you ask us to delete them.
We store nothing on our own server: the form sends the data straight to Brevo and to our inbox.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hola@olinou.cat and tell us what you would like to do.
To leave the waiting list, just use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD (www.aepd.es).

This website does not use cookies or analytics tools. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Children
If you are under 14, please do not send us your data.
